How to Fix Windows Error Code 43

     In Device Manager, the error “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)” May be if the device drivers  fails or if the device driver fails. Mostly, restoring the driver can fix the problem.

To fix this problem, follow these steps below:

In Device Manager, right-click the problem device and click Uninstall. This is to uninstall the driver (take the steps in Windows 7 as a context that applies to Windows 7, 8, 8.1, XP and Vista.) 
  1. A dialog box might pop up that tells you to confirm the installation. Click Ok will uninstall Device Manager device.
  2. After uninstalling the driver, in Device Manager, click on the scan for hardware changes in the menu at the top of the window. Then Device Manager will scan your system and restore the device automatically.
  3. After following the above steps, code 43 should resolve the error. If the problem still can not be solved, then go to your PC or device manufacturer web site to download the most recent drivers for your device.
